At BLACKBELT MENTALITY, we offer both online and in-person experiences, each with its own unique benefits. The effectiveness of each format ultimately depends on the individual and how much they are willing to engage during the session or workshop.
 

Online Sessions
Perfect for education and coaching, online sessions offer greater flexibility, allowing us to work around your schedule and provide support regardless of your location—even internationally.
 

  • Highly flexible and cost-effective

  • Can’t fully replicate the immersive nature of an in-person experience
     

In-Person Workshops
These are more immersive, hands-on experiences designed to create immediate breakthroughs for our clients.
 

  • Extremely effective, offering deeper engagement

  • Higher cost due to travel, venue hire, and other logistics

  • Often used when collaborating with performance partners like schools, clubs, sports institutions - in Australia and overseas.

1:1 Private Sessions
These sessions offer a safe and supportive space for individuals to open up and explore deeper issues, helping uncover root causes.

 

They are ideal for:

  • Younger athletes who may still require the involvement of parents or carers. The private setting allows for highly personalised and effective guidance.

  • Professional athletes with busy schedules who prefer a low-profile setting for support.

Private sessions come at a higher cost due to the tailored, one-on-one approach and the specific preparation and follow-up involved.

 

Group Sessions
Group sessions are designed to promote growth in a team environment, providing valuable learning experiences for athletes:

  • More challenging environment: Opening up in front of others can be difficult, but this bold step accelerates personal growth. Success requires courage.

  • More cost-effective: Group sessions deliver valuable insights at a lower price point, making them more accessible.

  • More focused on content delivery: These sessions primarily focus on education, with some elements of coaching.

 

Group sessions are often conducted in collaboration with performance partners such as schools, clubs, and sports institutions.

What's The Best AGE To START?

At BLACKBELT MENTALITY, our primary focus is on supporting competitive athletes aged 14 to 24 as they strive for peak performance and personal excellence. This age group is ideal for developing the mental toughness and mindset mastery essential to achieving success in competitive sports.

 

However, we understand that every athlete's journey is unique, so if your child falls outside this range, please don’t hesitate to reach out. We’re happy to discuss their individual needs in a 1:1 setting to see how we can best support them on their path to greatness.
